Patented Locking System
Rib Roof's 18" wide roof panels are secured by our patented clip-interlock system which requires no holes on the outer roof surface, meaning water cannot penetrate.
 Moreover, the clip-interlocks can only be installed one way—the right way. And no seaming tools are required for installation. Rib Roof is U.L. 90 approved, ICBO approved and the first structural steel roofing system approved by hurricane wary Dade County, Florida.
Rib Roof for New Construction and Renovation
Rib Roof standing seam structural steel roof panels can be roll formed in long runs over 60 feet offering maximum design flexibility. They can be used in new construction or retro-fitted over an existing roof without disrupting normal business during a retro-fit project.
Our roofing system is adaptable to virtually any architectural design from near-flat roofs with a minimum pitch of 1/4":12" to very steep pitches. As a structural roof, Rib Roof requires no intermediate support backing and can be integrated with almost any building material. We offer a full line of standard and custom flashings for all Rib Roof products and systems. Rib Roof products come in several standard paint colors and optional colors are available as custom orders.
